Pearl Onions can be a pain to peel...unless you know this simple 5-step trick.

1. With a paring knife, cut off the tip of the onion opposite the root end.
2. Cook in boiling water 2 minutes. Drain.
3. Let stand until cool enough to handle.
4. Squeeze each onion gently at root end. The onion will pop right out of its skin!
5. Slice off remaining roots.

thanks for the tips in peeling onions. what kind of knife are using when you peel onions? i would suggest if you us used titanium knives, more functions and easier to used.
