Csa-w3-box-edited Week 3 of the CSA Challenge brought more summer staples (tomatoes, squash, beans, peppers), some peak-season treats (peaches), and a few surprises (winter squash?!). Here's what everyone took home this week:

CJ, administrative coordinator: Winter squash (2), peaches (4), okra (full bag)

Cindy, associate editor, healthy living:
eggplant (2), tomatoes (3), bell peppers (3), pole beans (full bag)

Jason, editorial assistant and culinary student: cucumbers (4), eggs (1 dozen), roma tomatoes (5)

Ann, senior food editor: yellow squash (9), corn (5), spaghetti squash
