Michael Anthony: One of the Greats

Mike AnthonyGramercy Tavern Chef Michael Anthony won the 2012 James Beard Best Chef: New York City award this spring, and we're honored to have him participating in our Light Up The Night event on September 21 in Manhattan. (For more information and tickets, visit CookingLight.com/LUTN.)

Part of Light Up The Night's proceeds will go to benefit Cooking Light's charity partner, FoodCorps, an organization devoted to linking children with healthy food. Anthony's got plenty of experience with charitable organizations — he's a longtime volunteer with City Harvest, helping feed New York's hungry and underserved.
