A few members of the Cooking Light Bloggers’ Connection recently launched cookbooks or have them coming out soon and we want to spotlight a few:

• This past fall, Faith Gorsky from An Edible Mosaic launched her cookbook, An Edible Mosaic: Middle Eastern Fare with Extraordinary Flair, featuring over 100 Middle Eastern recipes. I recently tried her fabulous Chocolate Cupcakes for Two, and I’m definitely looking forward to trying her Middle Eastern recipes as well.

• And just this month, Sodium Girl Jessica Goldman Foung launched Sodium Girl’s Limitless Low-Sodium Cookbook which promises to show you how to lose the salt and eat the foods you love.

Upcoming launches include:

• On March 26th, Sarah Matheny from Peas and Thank You is launching her second cookbook, More Peas, Thank you: 85+ Vegetarian Recipes for Delicious & Healthy Meals.
• Marina Delio from Yummy Mummy Kitchen is launching her first cookbook, The Yummy Mummy Kitchen, on April 2, 2013.
