letsmoveweblogoThe First Lady’s Let’s Move! Initiative strives to bring nutrition and fitness into schools and homes to ensure children grow up healthy. Here at Cooking Light, we also work hard every day to create delicious healthy recipes, as well as nutrition and fitness tips to help families stay healthy.  We were so excited to hear the First Lady was participating in a Google+ Fireside Hangout—a virtual live chat about health topics. In the following clip, the First Lady addresses how parents can encourage children to develop a healthy body image and start making proactive changes for their children’s health.
