Social Diet Weekly Weigh-In: August 23, 2013

August 23, 2013 | By | Comments (4)

It’s plateau week for the Social Diet gang. Some members are sharing weight lost but not their total weight. We didn’t all start on the same date, so the total amount lost varies. The general goal is 1 pound per week.

Losing 1 pound per week is realistic goal. It will motivate you every time when you lose it.

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know a
lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.

I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that,
this is excellent blog. A great read. I will certainly be back.
