pickapeppa_sauceThis mellow, slightly sweet Caribbean condiment has been called the Jamaican ketchup. The blend of tomatoes, mangoes, raisins, tamarind, and cane vinegar makes an excellent marinade for grilled chicken and pork. Look for it on the international aisle.
