To pay homage to Congress’s riveting game of chicken this week, I’ve compiled eight of our top-rated chicken recipes for you. After all, we’re going to need some help coping with the loss of the National Zoo’s Panda Cam… and cooking chicken seems as good a way to ease the pain as any.
