Happy World Egg Day, everyone! OK, ok, it’s a bit of a silly holiday but it gives me an excuse to celebrate one of my favorite foods. I eat them (scrambled) almost every morning for breakfast—especially on weekdays. Paired with a slice of whole-wheat toast, it’s the perfect protein-carb combo for breakfast. But I also love them hard-boiled, fried, as omelets, quiche, frittatas, the list goes on. Here are five of my favorite ways with eggs.
