Greek yogurt has been the big man on campus for several years, and trust me, it’s not going anywhere any time soon. However, yogurt manufacturers are quickly getting hip to the fact that consumers want as much bang for their calorie buck as they can get. That’s where the magic of the marriage between oats and yogurt happens. Yoplait’s contribution to the grains + dairy world, their Plenti line, is nothing short of fantastic. Specifically, we’re big fans of their strawberry and vanilla flavors. Here’s what our tasting team had to say:

The strawberry is “good, a bit heavy if you’re not used to the overnight oats texture.”

The vanilla, which won the majority of the votes is “Delicious Stupendous! I’d eat this for breakfast any day topped with fresh fruit!”

“I love the concept of all of these – great protein + whole grain combo execution!”

One annoying factor: added sugar. As a whole, Americans are growing more and more leery of unnecessary sugar. It would be great to see brands make the no-added-sugar leap sooner rather than later. On a positive note, we’re really glad to see that Yoplait has decided to remove thickeners and fillers from their Greek yogurt!

idk why ppl are complaining about the rawness of oatmeal.. its much healthier raw and the sugar isnt all fake.. its natural sugars like honey and syrup. But i did try the maple and i love it. I am a huge fan of overnight oats and this isnt as thick as i usually make my overnight oats.

Had the peach and oatmeal. Frankly, I thought something was wrong with it. Nobody would put out a product that tasted like this does. So I bought another and low and behold its supposed to taste like wet cardboard. You would have to be a termite to like this stuff.

  5. Worst Yogurt Ever

Had Plenti vanilla oatmeal. It was the worst Yogurt I had ever. The oatmeal tasted uncooked & very hard to chew; all the creamy & comfy feeling of usual yogurt was gone. Won’t take it again even given me free.

Tried the peach flavored plenti oatmeal/yogurt and tho I’m not usually a fan of Greek yogurt, the added oatmeal made it palatable. I love overnight oats anyway! Went back and bought the last 4 and 1 each of the blueberry and vanilla flavors. Blueberry is delicious. Just the right about of ‘toothiness.’

The peaches and oatmeal. Good grief will never never waste my money again. It was horrible uncooked oatmeal and yogurt does not mix for me. Like eating yogurt with pieces of cardboard in it. I want my money back

Fungus grows on this very quick. I saw someone returning with fungus in Costco. Within a week, the one that I had started having fungus. They are in the refrigerator all the time, but still develop fungus. Something is wrong with this product.

I’ve tried the Plenti strawberry and it’s soupy and sweet. I also tried the strawberry oatmeal bowl and it was mushy and unpleasant. It may work if you can microwave it. I won’t be buying any more of this stuff. I am always looking for something new as every time I get attached to a product, they stop making it, however, this product line is a total miss.

Trying a few different flavors of yoplait plenti this week and I have to agree – they are gross! The flavor is fake sweet, the texture is like paste, and the oatmeal is raw and chewy.

My daughter and I tried the new Plenti yogurt with oatmeal and it is awful. The oatmeal is raw and hard, the yogurt taste sour. Would not buy again
