Cooking Light Diet: The Proof Is in the Posting

One thing (among many) that we love about our Cooking Light Diet community members is how they’re not at all shy to advocate the CLD when someone asks questions.

Case in point: Recently Tiffany from Illinois posted a question in the CLDiet Facebook group, asking whether or not she should make the switch from Weight Watchers. Starter

The group response? Overwhelming, to say the least. Shelly and Leigh Ann were quick to mention the amount of recipe variety the Cooking Light Diet offers.


Then Anna and Karen, themselves Weight Watchers converts, chimed in with why they chose the Cooking Light Diet. And Nancy from Maine, a lifetime WW member, said the money-saving aspect of the CLDiet combined with the “It’s-not-a-diet” mentality did it for her.


Kathleen from Massachusetts told Tiffany that, unlike when she tried Weight Watchers, the CLDiet didn’t leave her feeling deprived. AND she’s been losing weight*!

KathleenBonnie from Michigan said she and her husband have been experiencing weight-loss success via the Cooking Light Diet, too.


And Carolyn summed up the comparison pretty nicely, vocalizing what so many other community members think about this “diet.”
