Your Diet Could Look Like This

Working on the Cooking Light Diet, we’ve heard from countless community members who tell us how much they love the recipes in their weekly meal plans. Whether it’s the flavor, the ease in which the dishes come together, or just trying—and liking—something they’ve never tried before, there seems to be something for everyone on the CLDiet.

Ken and Jessica Hess are no exception. They’ve lost 115 pounds* using the Cooking Light Diet, and one of the things they love most about it is how none of the recipes are bland. They say it’s really changed the way they eat, and they enjoy the flavor of the recipes so much, in fact, that they made the trip to Birmingham to visit us in the Time Inc. Food Studios (TIFS) to shoot some live Facebook video of them cooking one of their favorite CLDiet dishes: Shrimp Pad Thai. Check out the clip below.

They make that recipe look easy, but you can too—because it is! Learn more about the Cooking Light Diet today, and start feeding your family like Ken and Jess!
